CEDoW Employee Engagement Survey: Is It Anonymous?

We’re now halfway through the 2025 CEDoW Employee Engagement Survey. Thank you to everyone who has already completed it. If you haven’t yet, there’s still time!

    2025_CEDoW_Engagement_Survey_Poster_SP.jpg

Permanent, temporary, and eligible* casual CEDoW staff have been invited to complete the survey via an initial email and periodic reminder emails directly from Xref Engage.

We have received several questions regarding the anonymity of the survey:

    Is the Engagement Survey Anonymous?

Yes, this is an anonymous survey. CEDoW cannot identify who has or has not completed the survey and cannot link responses to individuals.

For invitational surveys, Xref Engage will send out individual invitation emails to staff. Xref Engage will maintain staff anonymity such that no one at CEDoW will know who has or has not completed the survey.

In addition, personal data will not be linked to individual responses or in the final reports.

How can the survey be anonymous if demographics are asked?

    • Xref Engage will not be providing CEDoW with any raw data; only aggregated results and reports.
    • Xref Engage will only produce such reports and statistics where they have a group of five or more people to base these on. Individual responses cannot be viewed in isolation.
    • Where combinations of work areas and demographics are requested, reports are only provided where five or more respondents fit those criteria.
    • The data collected will be grouped to address key themes, for example, sorted by primary or secondary, position, and length of service. Analysis will only be undertaken for groups with five or more responses. Individual responses cannot be viewed in isolation and will NOT be associated with specific individuals.

This is your opportunity to provide open, honest feedback about your experience at work. Whether things are going well or there are areas where we can do better, your input helps paint a clear picture of what it is like to be part of the CEDoW community.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and will remain open for three (3) weeks, closing on Friday 23 May 2025.

No one knows our schools and offices better than you. Your Voice Matters—thank you for being part of this important process.
