    Week 1 – Desert

Landscape with the Temptation of Christ  (1715)
Antonio Francesco Peruzzini (1643-1724) and  Alessandro Magnasco (1667-1749)

    Outline

This week we reflect on Jesus' journey into the desert and the importance of resilience. We focus on the sacred HEART of Jesus and the dignity he displayed in himself as he endured this period of temptation alone. We also focus on the dignity he displayed for us as he endured this period for us. Jesus invites us, who are made in God’s image also, to be reawakened this Lent and reconnect with our God.

    • Body Part Awareness Exercise – HEART

The instructions for this week’s session can be found in the Booklet here.
