The Annual Letter of Delegation from Peter Hill, Director of Schools is under review and will be emailed to you shortly for your completion.  

As a Responsible Person, please familiarise yourself with the documents linked below.  

Action: To ensure compliance, please download a copy of each of the three documents below noted in red, complete them, and return them to governance@dow.catholic.edu.au by 18 March 2025.

04. Statutory Declaration – Fit and Proper Person (must be witnessed by a Justice of the Peace at the time of signing).

08. Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statement (if no conflicts, write “nil” in the box provided).

11. Related Party Transactions Declaration (if no related party transactions, write “nil” in the box provided).

Dream Big, Encourage Curiosity is a free webinar created to help parents and carers spark early career curiosity in their children by encouraging them to explore a wide range of professions. The webinar will show parents creative ways to nurture their child’s interests and imagination, and introduces them to interactive tools and resources through the Beyond platform.

Action: Noting that this webinar is on Wednesday 5 March 2025, please share the information with your parents and carers as soon as practicable via your school’s Facebook page (or communications channels) or you can share it from the CEDoW Facebook page.
