CatholicCare - School, Student and Family Program

Audience: Primary Principals and Leaders of Pastoral Care

    Contact Person: Eleah Aidulis (aidulise01@dow.catholic.edu.au)

Having the support of CatholicCare counsellors in all our schools is an invaluable support. In working with CatholicCare, they would like to share with you some information regarding their Student Wellbeing Program which enables support for groups of students.

Please find links below to an FAQ flyer and program overview– Keeping Kids Connected: An overview of our Keeping Kids Connected programs. As you will note there is a clear alignment between the NSW PDHPE K-10 curriculum and the program.

In brief, the Keeping Kids Connected program is a structured, evidence-informed initiative designed to support students in developing emotional regulation, resilience, and social skills. Building on the foundation of Kindy Kids Connect, the program extends from Year 1 through to Year 6. Work is currently being done to develop adolescent programs.

Both flyers contain a link to an enquiry form to help streamline requests for program implementation with CatholicCare.
